Once approved, insured shipping labels and detailed packing instructions are provided so your cards arrive safely at the secure facility.
On arrival, items are evaluated by specialists. Professional grading submissions to PSA, BGS, CGC and SGC are handled entirely in-house, including fees and logistics — because the grade directly drives market value.
Once graded or authenticated, items are professionally imaged on high-resolution, multi-angle scanners, and given detailed, search-optimised descriptions. They're then stored in the Fanatics Collect Vault — fully insured and ready for auction or Buy Now sale.
Timing is everything. We don't just list your items — we slot them into the most effective sales channel.
We manage placement so your cards aren't competing against identical listings in the same week — which is what protects the hammer price.
Your collection is showcased to a vetted collector database and millions of potential bidders worldwide. Through the Fanatics partnership, items benefit from social features, targeted campaigns and placement on high-traffic sites. Every buyer enquiry is handled by us.
When the auction closes we handle the entire payment process. Buyers typically have 5–10 days to remit. Once funds clear, your payout is calculated from the payout table and initiated — by bank transfer, PayPal or your preferred method. No seller holds, no payment disputes.

No, and that's deliberate. Not every card is worth consigning. We'll tell you which items in your collection justify the process and which are better sold another way.
