Tell us about your collection, and we’ll provide initial guidance on items that fit our consignment program. Once approved, we’ll provide insured shipping labels and detailed packing instructions to ensure your items arrive safely at our secure facility.

Step 2: Expert evaluation & grading

Upon arrival, your items undergo a meticulous evaluation by our specialists. We handle all aspects of professional grading submissions to leading services (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.), ensuring your cards and memorabilia receive the highest possible grade, which directly impacts their market value. We manage the entire grading process, including fees* and logistics.

Step 3: High-Resolution Imaging & Cataloging

Once your items are graded and / or authenticated, they are professionally imaged using high-resolution, multi-angle scanners. We create detailed, search-optimized descriptions for every listing. This ensures your items aren’t just seen—they are presented in the best possible light to attract bidders. Your items are then securely stored in the Fanatics Collect Vault, fully insured and ready for auction or buy-it now marketplace sales.

Step 4: Strategic Auction Placement

Timing is everything. We don’t just “list” your items; we strategically slot them into the most effective sales channel. These are only done based on your approval and discussed with you first:

  • Weekly Sunday Auctions: For consistent, high-velocity sales with 10-day bidding windows.
  • Premier Auctions: Monthly curated events for high-value pieces (typically $20,000+).
  • Buy Now Marketplace: For fixed-price sales where you want to set the target and lower any risk.
    We manage the process to ensure your cards aren’t competing with identical listings in the same week, maximizing your potential hammer price.

Step 5: Marketing & Global Exposure

Your collection is showcased to a massive database of vetted collectors and millions of potential bidders worldwide. Through our partnership, your items benefit from Fanatics’ extensive marketing reach, including social media features, targeted email campaigns, and placement on high-traffic hobby sites. We handle all buyer inquiries so you don’t have to.

Step 6: Secure Payment & Fast Payouts

The best part: getting paid. Once the auction closes, we handle the entire payment process. Buyers typically have 5–10 days to remit payment. Once the funds clear, your payout is calculated based on our Payout Table and initiated. You can receive your funds via direct bank transfer or PayPal or any other method you require —no waiting weeks for “seller holds” or dealing with payment disputes.
